Those mesh-belt type continuous furnaces enable atmosphere separation to control the gas composition in a target zone using the latest gas control technology. (Example: Low temperature part high oxygen concentration, medium temperature part medium oxygen concentration, baking part low oxygen concentration) The furnaces are suitable for heat treatment and powder metallurgy sintering in the manufacturing of LTCC substrates, MLCC, and inductors; and yield favorable heat processing results also as a Cu paste baking furnace.
