Inert Gas Oven INH Series

The ovens perform heat treatments at up to as high as 600°C in a N2 atmosphere,
achieving 20 ppm of low O2 concentration.
The ovens are the type for production and have been used for abundant ceramic part defatting and various other non-oxidation heat treatments.

Feature

  • Based on abundant experiences, the ovens achieve a maximum of 600°C as the equipment using non-oxidation atmospheres.
  • N2 purging achieves 20 ppm of residual O2 concentration.
  • A chamber external cooling system using a cooling blower lowers the temperature from 600°C to 100°C in 150 min. (INH-21CD).
  • The oil seal and silicone seal keep airtightness, and the water-cooling mechanism further protects the seals from heat.
  • We have abundant experiences in supplying this series of ovens for production by glass substrate, defatting ceramics and other materials.

The inert gas ovens, which perform heat treatments at up to 600°C of working temperatures for production. The ovens achieve 20 ppm or lower residual O2 concentrations in the N2 atmosphere, and we have abundant experiences in supplying this series of ovens for ceramic part defatting. Since their structure is highly airtight and does not leak materials generated from degassing to the outside, we recommend you to use the ovens in sets with exhaust gas combustion units (GM series). A chamber external furnace cooling mechanism using a cooling blower is used to reduce the cooling time without affecting the furnace atmosphere.
