They achieve ceramic part debinding (defatting), annealing and other effective heat treatments.

The inert gas ovens can perform heat treatments in a N2 atmosphere at up to 350°C of working temperatures and achieve 20 ppm or lower residual O2 concentrations. The side-flow hot-air circulation system achieves uniform furnace internal temperature environment. In addition to researches and development, this series of ovens is sufficiently cost-effective for small-volume production. Programmable operations are available and touch panels are used for the operation panels.
