Muffle Equipped Box Furnace KBF 1250°C-S

Experiment and laboratory research use desktop electrical furnaces (box furnaces) developed by installing metallic muffles in the KBF 1250°C series furnaces so that heat treatments at 1000°C can be carried out within airtight vessels.

Feature

  • Our unique Moldatherm LGO heaters (*) are used.
  • Programmers are installed for temperature control as standard equipment.
  • Muffles(metallic vessels) can be used for firing in sealed inert gas atmospheres.
* Moldatherm heater: Heater equipped with thermal insulator. Our original heater is made by integrating ceramic fiber and a wavy heating element (LGO) into a solid structure using our unique vacuum forming method. Moldatherm heaters are also used for the heaters made by our company for the production use semiconductor devices and metal heat treatment systems.

The furnaces are sub-standard type developed by installing metallic muffles in the KBF 1250°C series furnaces. Three sizes of furnaces excluding the largest one are available. An optional gas introducing unit can be installed so firing at up to 1000°C is available in an airtight inert gas environment. Exclusively usable racks, muffle interior monitoring thermocouples and other optional items are also available.
