The side-flow hot-air circulation type ovens can be used for a wide range of heat treatments at up to 700°C. High-performance ceramic fiber thermal insulating material is used to make the furnace compact. A one-pass exhaust mechanism is used, for superior temperature falling characteristic and thus short cycle time. The ovens can be used for a wide range of thermal processing from glass slow cooling, catalyst densification, metal tempering and annealing, incineration and other high-temperature heat treatments to drying and other low-temperature heat treatments.
