* Moldatherm heater: Heater equipped with thermal insulator. Our original heater is made by integrating ceramic fiber and a wavy heating element (LGO) into a solid structure using our unique vacuum forming method. Moldatherm heaters are also used for the heaters made by our company for the production use semiconductor devices and metal heat treatment systems.

The compact, energy-saving, experimental, electrical furnace (tube furnaces) was developed by upgrading the KTF1100°C series (3-zone controlling). Half-divided type Moldatherm heaters that can raise and lower temperatures at high speeds are used and overheating preventing meters are installed in all of 3 zones as standard equipment. Quartz tubes generating no particles can be optionally installed, for high-quality experiments.
