Feature

  • 2-shank, 90-degree bent structure molybdenum disilicide heaters are used (our original heater form)
  • Compact type tube furnaces integrating the operation unit into the furnace body
  • Overheating preventing meters are installed as standard equipment.

The furnace is shipped with the heater removed to prevent damaging during transport. Before assemble the received furnace, check for damages.

The compact, energy-saving, experimental, electrical furnaces (tube furnaces) can be set on top of a desk and can perform processing at up to 1700°C. Sic heating elements are used for heaters. PID control programmers equipped with an auto tuning function are used, total 4 types of operations including fixed value operation, programmable operation are possible. Mullite or other tubes can also be optionally installed for experiments in various gas atmospheres and vacuum.
